Solers legal s.r.o. was founded in 2022 through the strategic merger of well-established independent law practices, uniting their expertise under the leadership of our partners JUDr. Andrea Kocián, JUDr. Michal Kocián, and Mgr. Petr Merta.
The unique merger of law firms, each with a strong and focused specialisation in distinct areas of law, offers our clients the assurance of legal services of the highest possible standard.

Our Team
Founding Partner
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň (Master of Laws – Mgr.) and obtained his Doctor of Laws (JUDr.) degree at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.
He previously practised with a leading Czech law firm with an international reach. He serves as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, and is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
With more than a decade of legal experience, his practice focuses primarily on litigation, arbitration, debt recovery, construction law (including contracts for work and related defects) and the law of obligations. He is fluent in English.

He has gained professional experience both with an international law firm and with a leading Czech law firm with an international reach. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
With more than ten years of legal practice, his areas of expertise include commercial law, administrative law, immigration law, public procurement, and mergers and acquisitions. He is fluent in English.

Trainee Attorney-at-Law
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.
Already during her studies, she focused primarily on family and criminal law, gaining practical experience in several law firms. She currently concentrates her practice on family law, litigation, and criminal law. She is a member of the Czech Bar Association and is fluent in English.
Trainee Attorney-at-Law
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, focusing during his studies primarily on public international law and criminal law. He completed a study stay in Belgium and an internship in the criminal division of the District Court for Prague 7.
He currently specialises in administrative and civil law. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association and is fluent in English.
Paralegal
Operations Manager
She is a graduate of the field of Building History at the Faculty of Arts of J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem.
She has gained extensive experience in office management through her work for an Italian company, a development firm, a residential property management company, and in particular through her many years with a leading Czech law firm with an international focus. She is fluent in Italian and English.
