Founding Partners
Solers Legal Law Firm s.r.o. was established in 2022 through the merger of four previously independent law firms led by our partners JUDr. Andrea Grivalská, JUDr. Michal Kocián, Mgr. Petr Merta, and Mgr. Vladislav Kutěj.
The unique consolidation of law firms specializing closely in various fields of law ensures our clients the certainty of receiving legal services at the highest possible level.
Solers Legal Law Firm s.r.o. is headquartered in Prague’s Vinohrady district, with branch offices located in Hranice in Moravia and in Semily.

FOUNDING PARTNER
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Masters degree – Mgr.) and the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague (Doctor of Law – JUDr.), Michal Kocián has extensive experience in a leading Czech law firm known for its international presence. His role as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Economic Chamber and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic complements his membership in the Czech Bar Association. With over 13 years of practice, his areas of expertise include litigation, arbitration, debt recovery, construction law, and contract law.

Petr Merta, a Charles University in Prague Law Faculty alumnus, brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at both international and leading Czech law firms. As a Czech Bar Association member, his decade-long career has been marked by a concentration on commercial law, administrative law, immigration law, public procurement law, and mergers and acquisitions.

With a background from Charles University in Prague’s Faculty of Law, Andrea Grivalská has developed her legal career in a top Czech law firm with international reach. A Czech Bar Association member, she has spent over a decade specializing in litigation, contract law, real estate transfers, family law, and labor law.
FOUNDING PARTNER
Vladislav Kutěj, a graduate of Charles University in Prague’s Faculty of Law, has honed his skills in a leading Czech law firm focusing on criminal law. As a member of both the Czech Bar Association and the Union of Defenders, and a registered provider of assistance to victims of criminal offenses, his decade-plus experience encompasses criminal law, defense attorney roles, and representation of victims and injured parties in criminal cases.
Besides the founding partners and permanently cooperating attorneys, our law firm's team also includes attorney trainees, legal assistants from among the students of law faculties, and other collaborators
ATTORNEY-at-law
David Havel’s legal journey began at Charles University in Prague’s Faculty of Law, followed by over six years at the District Courts for Prague 5 and Prague 8, specializing in civil and guardianship cases. Post-judiciary, he relocated to Hranice to head the local branch of Solers Legal s.r.o. His membership in the Czech Bar Association underscores his commitment to the legal profession.
